Community InvolvementCANstruction - 2004-2007 & 2009 Eastin is pleased to be involved with CANstruction Nova Scotia since it's inaugural event in 2004. With the support of our generous sponsors Eastin has been able to contribute in excess of $25,000 in cash and food to Feed Nova Scotia. Our 2009 entry "Tank" with the catch phrase "Join The Fight Against Hunger" used more than 2,340 cans of food and was displayed at the Sunnyside Mall in Bedford.
Relay for Life - 2008 Eastin was proud to be a participant in the 2008 Relay for Life. We entered an enthusiastic team and raised $3,500.00 towards cancer research. Everyone knows a victim, survivor or current fighter of cancer which made participation of this event an incredibly fulfilling experience for the Eastin team.
