Mr. Eakin is a founder and Director of Eastin and a Professional Engineer with extensive progressive experience in all aspects of the management of a wide range of construction and renovation projects. He has a proven record of consistent delivery of on time and on budget projects, while maintaining an impeccable reputation for fairness, integrity and professionalism. As President, Michael has ultimate responsibility for the effective delivery of all projects undertaken by Eastin.

Paul Kelly, C.A.T. - Project Manager

Paul brings over twenty five years of experience as a construction professional to the Eastin team. He has extensive industry related knowledge in the fields of owner representation as well as general contracting. Paul has substantial experience in all forms of project type, ownership and delivery methodology. Paul's varied background of construction experience brings a fair, balanced and informed approach to the process of project manager.

Janice Kehoe - Executive Assistant

Janice has an extensive background in office and project administration and management. Janice is responsible for corporate and project related administrative duties with the Eastin team.

Jeff Purcell, CGA - Project and Corporate Accountant

Jeff Purcell is the Controller and project cost accountant for Eastin Projects Limited. Jeff has over fifteen years in the accounting profession and provides financial reporting, cost accounting and cash flow projections.
