Eastin Construction Limited is fully qualified to provide General Contracting, Construction Management, or Design-Build services on behalf of our clients for new construction or renovation projects.

Each project delivery model has certain advantages to the Owner, but whichever methodology is selected, Eastin's extensive experience and client focused approach enables us to complement the skills of our client's key staff and other members of the project team in delivering successful projects.

Eastin's qualifications also include:

- Nova Scotia Construction Safety Association certified safety program

- Worker's Compensation Board registered employer

- Bonding through Guarantee Company of North America

General Contracting

Eastin can respond to our Clients needs for a firm price arrangement either through a competitive bidding process or by working directly with the Client to arrive at a negotiated contract price. Eastin can also provide the added security of bonding if requested by our clients.

Construction Management

As the Construction Manager, Eastin becomes an integral part of the Owner's project team, joining the team early in the design stages to assist the Owner with value engineering and constructability reviews. Eastin has the experience and expertise to act as the Owner's agent to manage the construction process, administer the contracts on behalf of our clients and provide full cost accounting and reporting for the project.,

Design-Build

With the Design-Build process Eastin manages both the design and construction services for our Clients on a 'turn-key' basis. This process provides a single point of contact and responsibility for the project and enables completion of the project in a shorter timeframe than in more traditional delivery models.
